Returns & Exchanges

At Spring Step, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply ensure your items are in new condition to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
